Product: Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry NV DOC
Description: Straw yellow colour. The taste is fresh and fruity and it has an intense bouquet with a hint of apples, pears and almonds. Ideal as an aperitif, drinks well with seafood appetizers and is great with fruits and cheeses.

Description: Pale Yellow with green reflections. On the nose vinous fruity green apples and hints of quince. Lovely well-rounded and deep flavours for a wine in this price category. Refreshing with pleasant acidity.

Description: 100% Pinot Noir (aka Pinot Nero). Bright ruby colour precedes aromas of ripe cherries, red fruits and floral sweet spicy notes. Balanced palate and smooth tannins. Medium to full body. Great with veal and mushroom sauce.

Product: Chianti Classico DOCG Ricudda 2016
Description: James Suckling 91 Points. Wine aged in Slavonian Oak barrels for 12 months in the ancient cellars of the Squarcialupi Palace in “Castellina in Chianti”. Ruby red colour with purple tints. Olfactory analysis: Intense notes of red fruits, especially cherry. Good structure, with a certain softness and pleasant to drink now; will also age gracefully. Has predominant notes of red fruits with slight spiciness.

Situated very close, basically overlooking Sitges. This 14th century property is a 100% organic winery. The white wine is made from an indigenous grape from the region; the Xarel.Lo. On the nose it is generously aromatic with elegant hints of white fruits, peach and Mediterranean herbs such as fennel and thyme.
